Sara Lemos is co-founder of Make Lemonade and leads the AI strategy, technical architecture, and digital intelligence layer of the business. She specialises in AI visibility for luxury hospitality and travel brands, helping properties and the agencies that represent them appear in AI-generated recommendations across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini.

With over 20 years of experience across agency and client-side digital marketing, Sara has led digital strategy for brands including Michelin, Swarovski, Emirates, Diageo, Porsche, Rolls Royce, and AXA. She has held senior leadership roles at Havas Thailand and BurdaLuxury across the Asia-Pacific region, overseeing teams, P&L, and digital strategy across hospitality, luxury, and premium consumer categories.

Sara has spent more than 20 years in digital marketing, split across agency leadership and client-side strategy. She has worked at Havas Thailand, BurdaLuxury’s Augment Creative and Digital Services, Edge Asia, and Aleph-Labs across Bangkok and Asia-Pacific, leading digital teams, managing P&L, and driving strategy for global brands.

Client experience spans Michelin, Swarovski, Emirates, Tourism Australia, Diageo, Porsche, Rolls Royce, LG, Philips, Novartis, AXA, and KTAXA. She holds Google Advanced Search and Google Ads certifications and a BSc in Social Sciences from Bath Spa University.
