The AI Visibility Stack

Where to Start

AI visibility for luxury hospitality, in three connected steps.
Begin with diagnosis. End with a strategy that holds.

Why a staircase, not a menu

Three steps that build on each other.

AI visibility is not a one-off problem. It is an ongoing relationship between your brand and the systems that now mediate discovery, sometimes called generative engine optimisation. That relationship needs to be diagnosed, planned, and maintained.

Most luxury hospitality and travel brands begin with the AI Visibility Snapshot, graduate to the Roadmap, then commit to the Programme. Some stop after one step. Some run all three back to back. The right pace depends on where you are, what you have already done, and what your business needs next.

You can stop at any step. But the work compounds when you keep going.

The three tiers

Snapshot. Roadmap. Programme.

01

Step 1 · Diagnosis

AI Visibility Snapshot

A clear, honest picture of how your brand currently appears across the AI platforms that are shaping discovery: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. We assess where you appear, where you do not, what your competitors are doing, and the two or three things that would move the needle fastest. Delivered as a plain-language written report for brand and marketing leaders, not technologists.

Step 2 · Plan

AI Visibility Roadmap

A prioritised action plan that translates Snapshot findings into concrete next steps. What to create, what to adjust, which media relationships to prioritise, and where your budget will work hardest. The Roadmap is the bridge between knowing what is wrong and doing something about it. It tells your team and your partners (PR, content, SEO) exactly what to focus on, in what order, and why.

Step 3 · Implementation

AI Visibility Programme

Six months of ongoing implementation, monitoring and refinement, working alongside your existing PR, SEO and media partners. The Programme is where the Roadmap stops being a document and starts being a practice. We embed with your team, run monthly visibility tracking, coordinate editorial and technical workstreams, and report quarterly to your leadership. This is where visibility becomes resilience.

Where to begin

Which step is right for you?

If you…

Have never assessed how AI systems see your brand

You need to know where you stand before you can plan anything. The Snapshot gives you the honest picture, no jargon, no obligation to commit further.

Start with the Snapshot

If you…

Already know there are gaps but do not know how to fix them

You need a plan, not another diagnostic. The Roadmap takes Snapshot findings (or your existing knowledge) and turns them into specific actions, prioritised by impact.

Start with the Roadmap

If you…

Want a partner to implement and maintain visibility over time

You need ongoing support, not a one-off deliverable. The Programme works alongside your team for six months, ensuring the plan becomes the practice.

How it fits together

Each step earns the next.

The Snapshot tells you where you stand. It often surfaces things clients had not realised: outdated information feeding AI outputs, competitors gaining ground in places they had not been watching, gaps in coverage that quietly shape who gets recommended. The earlier the diagnosis, the more of the consumer research phase you can still influence.

The Roadmap takes those findings and turns them into a plan for AI visibility in luxury hospitality. It does not replace your PR team or your content partners. It tells everyone, including your team, exactly what to focus on, in what order, and why. It is the document leadership wants to see before approving the work.

The Programme makes the plan real. We work alongside your team for six months, tracking how visibility moves, refining the approach as the AI landscape shifts, and reporting quarterly to leadership. By the end, AI visibility is not a project. It is a position your brand holds.

Most clients begin with the Snapshot and find their thinking changes before they get to the Roadmap. By the time we are running the Programme, they are not the same brand they were when we started.

Questions

FAQs about AI Visibility for Luxury Hospitality

Do I have to start with the Snapshot?

No. If you already understand how AI systems are treating your brand and want to skip straight to a plan, the Roadmap can stand alone. Most clients still find the Snapshot worth doing first because it consistently uncovers things they did not know. But it is your call.

Can I commit to the Programme without doing the Snapshot or Roadmap first?

It is possible, but we usually recommend at least the Roadmap before the Programme so we are implementing against a clear plan rather than discovering as we go. We will tell you honestly if you would benefit from a tier we have not yet done.

How long does it take to move from one tier to the next?

Most clients move from Snapshot to Roadmap within two to four weeks of receiving the Snapshot report. From Roadmap to Programme typically takes longer (four to eight weeks) because the Programme involves scoping the engagement, aligning internal teams, and confirming budget. There is no obligation to move at any particular pace.

What if I want to do this with my existing PR or SEO partners?

That is exactly how the stack is designed to work. We do not replace your PR team, your content team, or your SEO partners. We give them the AI visibility intelligence and structure they need to make the work compound. Many of our Programme engagements run alongside three or four other partners.

How is pricing structured across the three tiers?

The Snapshot and Roadmap are fixed-fee engagements. The Programme is a retainer scoped to the brand, scaled by complexity and number of properties. Pricing for each tier is provided on request following an initial conversation.

Is this stack only for hotels?

No. It is built primarily for luxury hospitality and travel, but the framework applies to any brand operating in a category where AI systems mediate discovery. We have run engagements with lifestyle brands, travel agencies, destination companies, and PR agencies. If your category is shaped by editorial credibility and reputation, the stack is built for you. For more on how this plays out specifically in luxury travel, see AI Visibility for Luxury Travel Brands.
